A Week in the Life

As I gathered my 2019 bullet journal and supplies to the dining room table last Sunday night, my girls got excited! They wanted to join in with their own journals, too. Not too long later, my son Glendon gathered around as well.

I love when our family naturally gathers around positive rituals, like journaling.

Some of our fun supplies:

  • bullet journals

  • Paper Mate Flair pens--the more colors the better!

  • washi tape

  • colored pencils

  • planner stickers

  • journal stencils

  • scissors

  • glue sticks

Goal Setting Workshop

Thursday morning these wonderful people joined me at The Studio Downtown for an intensive half day session. This is quickly becoming one of my most popular offerings! People are really appreciating the opportunity to spend time reflecting, visioning, and creating goals for the next year.I recently attended Selena’s goals workshop. It was so helpful! I knew I had goals for my life but she helps you to break down the steps and figure out how to actually achieve those goals! I recommend everyone to take this class. It’s very beneficial!  Nothing excites me more than watching someone get excited about and make plans for their future!

Debt Free Journey...

One of the goals that we've been working toward as a family is selling our house in Florida. We've lived here in Arkansas for 3 1/2 years and felt the heavy burden of home-ownership 1000 miles away. It's been a drain on our finances, energy, and time. But, in a wonderful whirl-wind of events this last week, we found buyers and are prepared for a closing on Tuesday!

Here is Mike dropping our half of signed and notarized closing papers for our home in Apopka into the FedEx box. Closing happens Tuesday!!!??

Please be in prayer with us that everything is filled out correctly, the delivery is made on time, and that the closing on Tuesday happens without a hitch.?❤️?

When a dear friend of mine said it’s like winning the lottery, she hit the nail right on the head. Our joy and relief are immeasurable! This has been a huge burden for quite a long time—longer even than the 3 years we’ve lived out of state.???

We sincerely pray the family buying this home will be blessed and enjoy many happy years there together. And we’re so grateful for our family, friends, and realtor team that have held us up in prayer and done the work with us.#debtfreejourney

One thing I have felt without a doubt this week, is that time is flying by, whether I like it or not! I bet you knew that already...I'm so grateful that I've taken the time over the last few weeks to set my intentions and priorities for 2019. That way, when time was tight, it was not too difficult to know what to do next. Now, I'm not saying it was easy to DO the thing that was next, just that I knew what it was.

You have big things ahead in your journey, I just know it.

Have you spent the time to figure out what that is?

GOD wants to bless you and has put you here for the purpose of blessing others. And I'm here to help.
